I agonised for over a week whether to say something about today. I am an intensely private person, but I did not want today to pass without me having said something about Acchan who was, and still is, an important part of my life. So, I am sharing the message I have left for him on the virtual flower offering site.
I know some people question whether it is ‘right’ to grieve for someone famous whom you did not know personally. Perhaps due to Liam Payne’s tragic passing earlier this week, many more people are asking themselves this at the moment.
It absolutely is. All feelings of loss and grief are valid. Just because you may not have known the person, does not mean you should not feel these things. This kind of grief is not only for the person who died, but a part of your life that has gone with them. Feel what you need to feel and never apologise for it.
